1. Create marketing collaterals for product outreach
2. Write appealing and attractive content for the product and its packaging
3. Work on exploring synergies with people/ companies in similar domains to increase brand presence
4. Create social media campaigns to spread awareness for our products
5. Manage regular posts on various social media platforms
6. Manage online events and liaisoning
7. Manage circles (a section of the e-learning app)
8. Work on associating with industry experts for collaborations

Business Development Executive (Full Time - In office)

Job location - Pune | Job Type - In office

1. Handling inbound sales enquires of existing and new clients
2. Giving online and physical product demos
3. Managing post-sales support for resolving issues
4. Offering support on the Krafitto app to clients
5. Coordinating with production, package, and delivery teams for providing regular updates to clients related to their orders

Graphic Designer (Full Time - In office)

Job location - Pune | Job Type - In office

1. Comfortable with tools like Corel, AI, Figma, Canva etc

2. Should have creative approach towards design

3. Must have a portfolio to showcase their previous work

Customer Relations (Full Time - In office)

Job location - Pune | Job Type - In office

1. Managing app demos on zoom calls and if required in physical.
2. On boarding schools on app, giving them training as and when required
3. Building a relations with client for all future orders

4. Managing online orders and forwarding it to the production department
5. Support sales team in post sales support related to various products
